Course Overview

This course moves you from using AI to building with AI. You will learn how language models are accessed through APIs, how to protect your keys, how to write prompts that behave reliably inside an app, and how to build three working tools: a chatbot, a document question-and-answer app and a business content generator. You will use free AI access tiers, free coding environments and free deployment. AI assistants help you write the code, so you do not need to be an expert programmer, but you do need patience and basic logical thinking. The focus is on building tools that a real business could use and that are safe, tested and honest about what they can and cannot do.

  • Comfort using a computer and browser; a laptop is strongly recommended
