A well-designed chatbot answers instantly, takes orders and bookings, and passes serious buyers to a human, even at night. This course teaches you to design conversation flows, use the built-in automation of WhatsApp Business and Instagram, build bots on free chatbot platforms, add AI answers safely, test and improve, and then sell chatbot setup and monthly maintenance as a service. You finish with a full chatbot demo and a client proposal for a sample business.
